are able to ensure the continued, effective protection of any installed
system by regular, usually annual, maintenance tests and inspections.
The results of all maintenance visits are fully documented and a service
history is maintained. We support our customers through reliability
of service, quality of workmanship and depth of experience. This helps
ensure ongoing maximum protection and consequent peace of mind.

Test,
Inspection and Maintenance
We operate
a national 'rolling' programme of annual lightning protection
tests and inspections. Approximately six weeks prior to their
arrival in a particular area, a letter of quotation is issued
to the owners or agents of all systems shown upon our extensive
database, showing our price for that year's works and inviting
an order. Testing and inspection can be carried out at other times
by arrangement. Installations are tested to the relevant design
standards of BS6651: for Faraday Cage based systems or NF C17-102:
for Early Streamer Emission (ESE) products. Where national standards
are not applicable, systems are tested to manufacturers recommendations,
e.g. 'Dynasphere' product based installations. In all cases, full
report are subsequently issued with, where appropriate, fully
costed repair and/or upgrade recommendations.
